You might want to change the Directory as well if you need to have your uploaded images placed in e.g. "www/gallery/". You can specify it in the FTP Folder field on the Publish Gallery window.

After the shadowbox opened it was redirecting to the vimeo website. I resolved the issue by using part of the embed url instead of the actual url to the video. eg. http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=video id number here ... I can see the thumbnail image but when I click on it, instead of showing up the video, it enlarges the photo. I did copied the above javascript on my page and jquery is also there.
