This is a revamped version of an original slide show that I created for guitar virtuoso Elliot Pearson www.myspace.com This version includes a sample of one of his original instrumentals entitled "No Flashlight." It was created by using the ctrl+print screen combination of keys in order to save some slide images from some various streaming videos of his (which can also be found on YouTube) and then by cropping these saved static images after pasting them into Paint Shop Pro 8, followed by some greyscaling and/or colorizing effects coupled with tinkering around the brightness/contrast filters. After that process was over and done with, I used some of the slides from the original slide show that were saved as jpeg files using Microsoft PowerPoint (ie the ones that include the MySpace address on them) and then importing all the slides into Windows Movie Maker; after that it was simply just a matter of adding some film effects and transitions in between the slides, and there you have it!
