When I am scrolling down a page in Chrome (2-fingers on MBP touch pad or scroll wheel on mouse) and my mouse cursor runs over an embedded flash element (like a video), the scrolling stops until I move my mouse off of the flash element. In this example, It doesn't happen on Youtube.com, but does happen in Google Reader when I encounter an embedded YouTube video. I have also noticed this happening with Vimeo.com - again, only on embedded videos, not on the actual site. In the video, when I switch to the Google Reader page and you see the mouse just sitting on top of the video element, I am actively trying to scroll, but the page will not scroll until I move the mouse off the flash element
