You might want to change the Directory as well if you need to have your uploaded images placed in e.g. "www/gallery/". You can specify it in the FTP Folder field on the Publish Gallery window.

Something has been changed with your vimeo embed script so that the links to vimeo no longer work. This means when someone doesn't have a vimeo plus account we can't watch the video in HD because there is no way to navigate to that
